GRAND PRIX Winner

Last March 8, in celebration of International Women’s Day, NCBUCP organized a National Awarding of 14th Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa at St. Bridget School of Quezon City. Ms. Mary Flor RV Ponce of St. Bridget School received the Grand Prix Award beating 23 other countries in the Asia Pacific Region. 

Call for entries for the 15th Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa (2021-2022) shall be launched by NCBUCP June 15, 2021 though its official website www.unescoclubph.org and FB Page https://www.facebook.com/unescoclubsph. If any interested schools are interested to join this year’s competition please send a letter of intent address to Dr. Serafin Arviola Jr. Chairman, NCBUCP at youth4unesco2020@gmail.com for you to receive competition mechanics and official application forms. This is open to all Filipino children enrolled in the elementary level in both public and private schools.

Another Milestone to Celebrate

Congratulations to our Dearest Faye Charylle Tungpalan of Flora Central Elementary School, Flora, Apayao for the Excellence Award conferred to you by the organizing committee of the Mitsubishi Asian Children's Enikki Festa Illustrated Diaries. 

May you serve as inspiration to your fellow school children to preserve and promote the culture of Apayao while developing your talent and skills in sketching..

Regional Awarding - Bicol

The National Coordinating Body of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines (NCBUCP) Inc., in coordination with Binitayan Elementary School spearheaded the Awarding Ceremony of 14th Mitsubishi Asian Children’s Enikki Festa on March 10, 2021 at Binitayan Elementary School.

Ashanti Yuan Montecastro, a Grade 6 student of Binitayan Elementary School received the Mitsubishi Public Affairs Committee Award. She also ranked 5th Place on the National Category. Out of 4500 entries in the Philippines, she was one of the selected entries to represent the country. 

A courtesy call from Dr. Norma Samantela, SDO Director, Albay Division together with the awardee, NCBUCP Officers, School Principal and CID Chief.

Special thanks to the NCBUCP Officers headed by President Ronel Villanueva, together with Ms. Rainelle Navarro, Committee on Publications and Social Media. Our warmest congratulations to the winner, to the proud parents, to the trainer Ms. Maricel Castro and to the supportive Principal of Binitayan Elementary School, Ms. Grace Buama.

Celebrating Children's Achievements.

It's always good to comeback to a place where I was once  challenged, my  1st community assignment as a newbie social worker- community organizer  (20years ago-Tueg, Bitag Grande, Baggao with my 1st Director Sister Regina Cobrador  now the same community who produced the 2nd Placer National Winner of the 14th Mitsubishi  ENIKKI Festa sponsored by AFUCA, Japan, implemented in the Philippines by the NCBUCP- UNESCO Clubs  Philippines.

Thank you PSDS Dr. Estrella Dimaya (Mam Star), Mam Violetta Udaundo, Principal II,   Sir Edwin Samin, Maam Lorena,  and the rest of the teachers who in one way or another made the awarding ceremony a success, and to my NCBUCP and CDC family for making this event possible. 

Kudos to all  and again CONGRATULATIONS to you Fritz Earl Natividad for having been awarded the prestigious "Asian Pacific Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations Award". Iam so proud of you and to your coach Nickson Guerrero
